Cuvee Jean-Paul Sec 2018



Made from a blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard picked from Vin de Pays des Cotes de Gascogne. It has a fragrant nose with lemon, lime and other citrus notes. Refreshingly dry and light on the palate, there is a real freshness derived from the lively acidity and zesty fruit flavours. It would be ideal as an aperitif or served with white fish.
