Made from a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. There are powerful aromas of toasty oak, black cherries and smoky coffee with soft tobacco and sweet fruit undertones. Flavoursome on the palate, with considerable weight and length. It is an ideal match for hearty cheeses.
