LAS Wild Ferment Chardonnay Margaret River 2016



This hand crafted 10 barrel batch of naturally fermented Chardonnay is from a single vineyard in the Willyabrup valley, Margaret River. Subtle, elegant and delicate on the nose with butterscotch, vanilla, apple and stone fruits aromas, along with a touch of flint. In the mouth, the wine is light and delicate with citrus and apple flavours, a mild creaminess and a long, smooth finish.
