Chevalier de Rhodes Gaillac Rouge 2012



       Braucol (also known as Mansois or Fer Servadou) 33%, Duras 33%, Syrah 33%. Home to some of France’s oldest indigenous varieties, Gaillac is a great place for finding robust reds with a peppery spicy note. This is lovely and rich, with great structure and a herbal lift. Great with spicy food like chorizo or Moroccan tagine.
