Pheasants Tears Tsolikauri 2017



Like drinking a dry Sauternes, this is a super intense wine from the birthplace of ancient winemaking, Georgia. Aged on the skins in qvevri (clay vessels lined with beeswax), this is orange/gold in colour, with honeysuckle, lychee and kumquat flavours from the indigenous Tsolikauri grape. One for the adventurous wine lover!
