Aged in oak and chestnut barrels for 10 years, under flor yeasts, which form naturally, this resembles an aged Amontillado. It has an intense, nose of almonds and fresh bread. Dry and full on the palate, with a long finish that leads to warm, waves of candied peel, walnuts and malt. Treat like a good sherry and have with tapas style food.
