An organically vinified Riesling from the skilful domaine, Albert Mann. The “Tradition” displays classic varietal aromas of citrus, lime, apple and hints of spice. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate expertly balanced with a smattering of minerality and great expression of fruit. Pairs very well with chicken and oriental dishes.
