Made from hand harvested Pinot Noir which was aged for 16 months. It has a complex bouquet filled with cherry, raspberry over spicy, earthy undertones. Lush and racy on the palate, it has firm tannins expertly balanced with quality fruit and long finish. Pair with soft sticky cheese, poultry and game.
