Sangiovese 70%, Shiraz 30%. The black attack of McLaren Vale Shiraz is cleverly enveloped in Barossa-sourced Sangiovese’s savoury limbs in this triumphantly loose-limbed libation. Surely worth a try with something dark and savoury...squid ink linguini? Alternatively great with a rich and slightly spicey foods.
