Description
It's deep coloured, with sweet, complex pure dark cherry notes on the nose as well as a subtle meatiness and some lovely floral notes.This wine is not filtered and is topped with a crown cap (a traditional closure for some decades in this region). There may be resulting sediment and the bottles should be poured somewhat carefully without a lot of intense movement. This wine is best served chilled and goes particularly well with cold cuts, prosciutto, dry sausages and gnocchi, one of Parma's traditional foods. Biodynamically grown.
