Description

Made from 100% Cabernet Franc. During the vinification process, this wine was not filtered resulting in a hugely extracted Anjou Rouge with thick juicy grungy damson fruit. Medium bodied on the palate with ripe tannins and a memorable finish. Serve with pork, vegetables, poultry and other light meats.
