Arretxea Irouleguy Blanc Hegoxuri 2015



70% Gros Manseng, 20% Petit Manseng and 10% Petit Courbu. This Irouleguy blanc was fermented in oak barriques and stainless steel with 9 months aging on the lees. Golden straw in colour, it has a subtle nose with hints of white flowers mingling with fresh exotic fruits. Great match with foie gras, crayfish or even guinea fowl.
