Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Pretty aromatically, this wine has notes of blossom and cherry which precede an equally beautiful palate of fine, sweet summery fruits. It is creamy and gentle with just a faint hint of Aloxe grip and punch, providing stuffing and backbone. It pairs well with small birds like wood pigeon. A medium bodied Pinot.
