Description
Made from a blend of Grenache and Merlot, this is a full bodied, spicy winter rose from the fashionable Priorat. The nose shows ripe berry fruit and a surprising floral complexity, leading on to a full, plump palate filled with strawberries and raspberries. Try with beef carpaccio or duck liver parfait.
