Made from 100% Pinot Grigio. The nose is rich and round with distinct floral, apple and citrus notes. On the palate, it shows honeyed, nutty flavours balanced by crisp lemony acidity. It has good weight and texture which sets it apart from the majority of Pinot Grigio's. Serve with white fish dishes or light pasta meals.
