Description

Made from a blend of 82% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc and 1% Malbec. It has an intense, rich nose reticent of blackberry, blackcurrant, cedar and spice. It is both silky smooth and opulent on the palate, with fantastically integrated oak and smooth tannins. Enjoy this with braised lamb shanks with crushed herb potatoes.
