The House of Billecart-Salmon is situated in Mareuil-sur-Ay and has remained family owned since its inception in 1818. The Brut Reserve is made up from a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Superbly balanced. Pair with seafood.
