Foradori Teroldego 2016



Made from Teroldego Rotaliano (a cross between Syrah, Pinot and Lagrein grapes) which was aged for 12 months in small oak casks. Its nose is littered with aromas of cherry, plum, tar and spicy oak. It is fairly light on the palate with soft, fine tannins and plum, cherry flavours on the finish. Great with braised beef or slow roasted wild boar.
