Description

Alain Brumont's (Montus Madiran) wine is made from 50% Tannat and 50% Merlot. It is almost inky black in appearance with a nose reticent of red fruit, spice and candied fruit. It is big and bold on the palate with fleshy tannins that coat the mouth with finesse. It would be a fantastic match with barbecued lamb chops.
