	It is our primary wish that our customers enjoy wine purchased from us so we have devised a flexible returns policy.

	1. Corked, tainted or out-of-condition wine Unfortunately corked wines are a fact of life in the world of wine. The good news is that we are happy to offer an exchange for any wines found to be corked, tainted or out of condition. We only ask that you bring back the bottle, the cork and its contents to us.

	2. Exchanges If you have accidently bought the wrong bottle of wine (it is easily done!) we are happy to offer you an exchange. Similarly, if you have bought someone a bottle of wine and they don’t like that particular wine, we would of course be happy to offer you an exchange. We only ask that the wine is in a resalable condition.

	3. Our choices We put together mixed cases of wine for people all the time. Although this rarely happens, if you are unhappy with any of our choices, we would be happy to offer you an exchange. Again, all we need is the wine in a resalable condition.
